Does Haven Spa have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy that is intended to compensate our therapists properly for their time available. A 45% fee is charged from the total service(s) price and is debited from your credit/debit card on file.


Is Parking Available?

No, haven spa does not have parking available. However, there are two municipal lots within half a block walking distance and they offer 3 hour time slots. Metered street parking is available for 1 hour.


Do Therapists and Estheticians accept gratuities?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable therapists appreciate generous tips typically 20% of the total price of your service(s). They love their line of work and are passionate about making our clients feel special and welcomed and your tips are a great way to show them how much you appreciate their talent and hard work.


Do Gift Certificates Ever Expire?

Yes, they expire a year from the date of purchase. We encourage our clients to redeem their gift certificates within a reasonable time frame from the date of issuance. Gift certificates are non-refundable meaning they do not hold a cash value and we cannot give you cash back, the value is in the form of credit for services. Gift certificates cannot be used toward any promotions or specials that we may currently have.
